Refund Policy

Refunds are processed for orders cancelled before dispatch, products received in damaged condition, or wrong items delivered.

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting images.

Refund amount will be processed and credited to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days from the date of refund approval.

The actual credit timeline may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Customised orders, opened consumables (premix, ingredients), installed spares and AMC fees are non-refundable unless found defective on delivery.
