Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with order ID and supporting photos.
2. Replacement & Exchange Timeline
Exchange and replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of approval, subject to product availability and your delivery location.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened consumables (premix, ingredients, syrups), installed spares, customised machines and AMC services are not eligible for return or exchange unless found defective on delivery.
4. How to Raise a Request
Email support@bhimboys.com with your order ID, reason and photos. Our team will verify and confirm pick-up or replacement details.
